There is a river with a bridge over it, and a WIFE and her HUSBAND live in a house on one side. The WIFE has a LOVER who lives on the other side. The only way to get across the river is to walk across the bridge or ask the BOATMAN to take you.The HUSBAND has to go on an overnight business trip in a faraway town.. The WIFE pleads with him to take her with him. She knows if he doesn't she'll be unfaithful to him. The HUSBAND absolutely refuses to take her because she will only be in the way of his important business. So the husband goes alone. That night the WIFE goes over the bridge & stays with her LOVER. Dawn is almost up when the WIFE leaves because she must be back home before her HUSBAND returns. She starts across the bridge but sees an ASSASSIN waiting for her on the other side. She knows if she tries to cross, he will murder her. In terror, she runs up the side of the river and asks the BOATMAN to take her across the river, but he wants half-a-crown. She has no money, so he refuses to take her.The WIFE runs back to the LOVER'S house & explains her predicament and asks him for the half-a-crown to pay the BOATMAN. The LOVER refuses, telling her it's her own fault for getting into this situation. As dawn comes up the WIFE is nearly out of her mind & decides to dash across the bridge. When she comes face to face with the ASSASSIN, he takes a large knife and stabs her until she is dead. How to do this test. Now give the names of the five characters in the order in which you think they were most responsible for the WIFE'S death. ie The WIFE, HUSBAND, LOVER, ASSASSIN, & BOATMAN in the order you think they are most guilty.Q1: Which character was MOST responsible for the wife's death? Can't wait for Xmas!
I feel so fulfilled today because I've gotten ALL my xmas gifts! Yay! I also did some shopping during the weekend and spent around $130 on 2 pants, 2 tops, a wallet and a bag. Guilty as charged but hey got sale mah so the more reason for me to shop..plus I have to get more clothes to prepare for interviews right? ( yeah...excuses.. ;p)My cousin came back from Canada last Fri and I went over to her place on sat. It has been around 1.5yrs since i last saw her and the kids. I miss them so much! Shyam at 15yrs old is already almost 1.9m tall! As I hugged him, i can recall the times i used to carry him when he was a baby...right now i think he has to carry me instead. ha. he was showing me the magic tricks he'd learnt at sch and i was really amazed at how gd he had become. Can you believe magic is a part of his sch subject ?(no he's not at Hogwarts with Harry Potter). it's really different out there... It will be a beautiful xmas this yr. i just knew it. not because of the gifts or holiday but because i can see my loved ones and also my fav. boys:Shyam & Ashwin (my cousin's kids) and Raymond & Ryan (my pri. schmate's kids). :) :) I missed them alot. especially my cousin and the kids. coincidentally, my cousin & family and my friend & family will be leaving on the 30th of Dec. i do hope this yr's xmas will be prolonged........
SOS Pack
Brought the "emergency pack" home after a few people gave me a naughty look when they saw this on my desk.
Derek gave this out after he came back from Bangkok. He winked and said "For you and your boyfriend", followed by a mischievious trail of laughter. I was looking at the squarish box and wondered if it was what it seemed. Turned the box around.. it states Happy Forever??! Hahahaa
I opened it up and chey!!! sugar. Haha.
